About the role
Frontline workers use Jolly on a mobile phone, often mid shift, often on bad signal. You will build the interface that has to work in those conditions and still feel worth opening.
What you'll do
- Build, maintain and own the worker facing app experience
- Make performance a feature, on mid range Android hardware and slow networks
- Work from real usage rather than assumptions about how a shift goes
- Partner with design on an interface people use in seconds, not minutes
What we're looking for
- Strong React Native, Expo and TypeScript fundamentals
- Real care about performance and accessibility, not as an afterthought
- Experience shipping to users who are not sitting at a desk
- Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to build processes that don't exist yet
