What Jolly reads from Genetec
Badge and credential events
Which credential opened which door and when, recorded per person, which is what makes access a measurable event rather than an assumption about who was on site.
Alarm and incident events
Each alarm or flagged event logged with a type, a time, and the zone it came from, so handling becomes a rate rather than a recollection.
Acknowledgment and clearance timing
How long an alarm took to be acknowledged and cleared, and by which operator, which turns response speed into a goal rather than an anecdote.
Site, door, and zone attribution
Every event ties to a specific door, camera, or zone, so a goal can land on one building or one entrance rather than a whole portfolio.
Coverage and device health
Which devices are online and reporting, which is what separates a site with no incidents from a site whose sensors stopped reporting them.
Campaigns you can run on Genetec
Genetec integration FAQ
No. Genetec stays exactly where it is. Jolly reads from it so that Incentive Campaigns™ are measured on what your operation actually did, rather than on numbers people report at the end of the week.
No. Every Jolly integration is read-only. Jolly reads the operational data a campaign is measured on, and nothing moves in the other direction. Connecting Genetec does not change what your team does in it, what it contains, or how it behaves for the people who use it every day.
Integrations are scoped with your team during implementation, alongside the rest of the rollout rather than as a separate project. Tell us what you run and we take it from there, including systems that are not yet in our catalog and systems you are already planning to replace.
No. Jolly reads the event records Genetec keeps, such as an alarm being acknowledged or a door being opened with a valid credential. Video is never sent to Jolly, and a campaign is never measured on what footage shows.
Only against what Genetec itself holds. A badge event records that someone entered and when, not what they were scheduled to do, so Jolly reads scheduled time from a workforce management or HR system where a campaign needs the comparison.
