No. Jolly reads the event records Genetec keeps, such as an alarm being acknowledged or a door being opened with a valid credential. Video is never sent to Jolly, and a campaign is never measured on what footage shows.
Only against what Genetec itself holds. A badge event records that someone entered and when, not what they were scheduled to do, so Jolly reads scheduled time from a workforce management or HR system where a campaign needs the comparison.
