No. MEDITECH stays exactly where it is. Jolly reads from it so that Incentive Campaigns™ are measured on what your operation actually did, rather than on numbers people report at the end of the week.

Does Jolly write anything back to MEDITECH?

Accepted Answer

No. Every Jolly integration is read-only. Jolly reads the operational data a campaign is measured on, and nothing moves in the other direction. Connecting MEDITECH does not change what your team does in it, what it contains, or how it behaves for the people who use it every day.

How does a MEDITECH connection get set up?

Accepted Answer

Integrations are scoped with your team during implementation, alongside the rest of the rollout rather than as a separate project. Tell us what you run and we take it from there, including systems that are not yet in our catalog and systems you are already planning to replace.

Does Jolly see patient or resident clinical information from MEDITECH?

Accepted Answer

No. Jolly reads operational data such as visit completion, documentation timeliness, and scheduling. It does not read patient charts, clinical notes, diagnoses, or other protected health information, and a campaign is built entirely on the operational record of the work, not the patient record.

Our organization runs multiple lines of care in MEDITECH. Does that cause a problem?

No. A campaign can be scoped to a single line of business, a specific location, or a role within MEDITECH, so a goal set for one line of care is measured separately from a goal set for another, even inside the same instance.
