No. RetailNext stays exactly where it is. Jolly reads from it so that Incentive Campaigns™ are measured on what your operation actually did, rather than on numbers people report at the end of the week.

Does Jolly write anything back to RetailNext?

Accepted Answer

No. Every Jolly integration is read-only. Jolly reads the operational data a campaign is measured on, and nothing moves in the other direction. Connecting RetailNext does not change what your team does in it, what it contains, or how it behaves for the people who use it every day.

How does a RetailNext connection get set up?

Integrations are scoped with your team during implementation, alongside the rest of the rollout rather than as a separate project. Tell us what you run and we take it from there, including systems that are not yet in our catalog and systems you are already planning to replace.

Does Jolly read video footage?

Accepted Answer

No. Jolly reads only the operational records RetailNext already logs, never the video itself. Footage stays in RetailNext, is never sent to Jolly, and is not part of how a campaign is measured.
