Bobby Pinero

Bobby Pinero joined Intercom in October 2013, when they had twenty people and under $1 million in recurring revenue. He led finance and analytics until early 2021, by which point the company had about 700 people and more than $150 million in revenue. Intercom became Fin in May 2026, and he sat on their board until Salesforce bought the company that September. In 2021 he co-founded Equals, a spreadsheet built for the kind of analysis he used to do by hand, and ran the company as CEO before becoming executive chairman in December 2024.
