Cobi Blumenfeld-Gantz co-founded Chapter after watching his parents struggle with Medicare enrollment, when a traditional broker steered them into a plan that cost more than an identical cheaper option. He and co-founder Corey Metzman have since built Chapter into a Medicare navigation platform with more than $100 million in annual recurring revenue and a $3 billion valuation. He previously led US government teams at Palantir. In October 2023, he testified before the Senate Finance Committee on deceptive Medicare Advantage marketing.
