Credentials held per worker
Which licenses, certifications and permits each person holds, and who issued them, so a goal applies only to the workers a requirement covers.
Expiration and renewal dates
When each credential lapses and when it was last renewed. A campaign reads that date to credit a renewal that lands weeks before the deadline, where a lapse would have taken the worker off the schedule.
The proof behind each credential
The document on file, the check against the issuing board, or the sign-off that validated a skill. A renewal counts once that proof is recorded, and the worker who renewed on time gets the credit for it.
Compliance status by site and team
Who is current, who is coming due and who has lapsed, by location, team or role. A goal can be set for one site and measured against the people who work there.

No. Every Jolly integration is read-only. Jolly reads the operational data a campaign is measured on, and nothing moves in the other direction. Connecting Kahuna does not change what your team does in it, what it contains, or how it behaves for the people who use it every day.

No. A renewal goes into Kahuna the way it does today, whether the worker uploads the new card or a manager updates the record. The campaign is measured on that record, and each worker follows their own progress in the Jolly app.
When Kahuna shows the new expiration date. A goal can be set on renewing a set number of days ahead of the old date, which puts the points with the people who renew early and takes the chasing off the manager who used to do it.
