No. Motive stays exactly where it is. Jolly reads from it so that Incentive Campaigns™ are measured on what your operation actually did, rather than on numbers people report at the end of the week.

Does Jolly write anything back to Motive?

Accepted Answer

No. Every Jolly integration is read-only. Jolly reads the operational data a campaign is measured on, and nothing moves in the other direction. Connecting Motive does not change what your team does in it, what it contains, or how it behaves for the people who use it every day.

How does a Motive connection get set up?

Integrations are scoped with your team during implementation, alongside the rest of the rollout rather than as a separate project. Tell us what you run and we take it from there, including systems that are not yet in our catalog and systems you are already planning to replace.

Does a campaign change how work gets assigned or routed?

Accepted Answer

No. Work keeps getting assigned and routed exactly as it is today. Jolly reads the tasks and stops Motive already records and turns them into a goal each worker sees in the Jolly app, and changes nothing about how work is dispatched.

Can a campaign cover a single warehouse, route, or shift instead of the whole operation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A campaign audience can be a whole workforce, a single site or route, a specific shift, a job role, or a custom segment. Location and timing data from Motive is what makes a goal on one shift or one route measurable rather than notional.
