Alex Spiro co-chairs the investigations, government enforcement and white collar defense practice at Quinn Emanuel in New York. As lead counsel he has tried more than fifty cases to verdict, from misdemeanors to murders. He started as a Manhattan prosecutor, where he helped convict Rodney Alcala, the Dating Game Killer, of two New York murders from the 1970s. He practiced with Benjamin Brafman before joining Quinn Emanuel in October 2017. His clients have included Elon Musk, Jay-Z, MrBeast, Eric Adams and Alec Baldwin.
