Marissa Andrada was Chipotle's first chief human resources officer. She arrived in 2018, during the turnaround that followed the chain's food safety crises, and was chief diversity, inclusion and people officer when she left in 2022. She has more than thirty years in people leadership, including as chief human resources officer at Kate Spade, senior vice president of partner resources for the Americas at Starbucks, senior vice president of human resources at GameStop, and head of human resources at Red Bull North America. She is now partner and chief culture officer at WUF World.
