Michael Ross

Michael Ross has been chief people officer at OnePay since January 2024. From 2013 to 2018 he ran human resources at Visa, where the workforce roughly doubled from about 9,000 to more than 16,000. He started Visa University and opened Visa's first employee health center. Before Visa he was chief talent and rewards officer at HP, and earlier held HR roles at Merrill Lynch and ran compensation and benefits at Morgan Stanley. He teaches the Future of Work at Stanford's Graduate School of Business.
