About
Patrick Byrne became non-executive chairman of GXO Logistics on December 31, 2025, about six months after joining their board, succeeding Brad Jacobs. He also chairs Verra Mobility and Diebold Nixdorf. At GE, he was CEO of GE Digital and later of GE Renewable Energy's onshore wind business, which manufactures and services an installed base of more than 50,000 turbines. He spent seven years at Danaher and Fortive, including as president of Tektronix, after starting his career at Hewlett-Packard.
