Ben Shanken was vice president of product at Coinbase from early 2025 to September 2026. Before that he spent four years in the same role at Discord, covering growth, safety and developer ecosystems, and six years at Lyft, where he went from growth product manager to general manager of the ads business. He has been an angel investor since 2019, backing five to ten companies a year.
