Tillster
Tillster is a composable restaurant ordering platform connecting kiosk, web and mobile, call center, and delivery and marketplace ordering with a customer data platform, menu manager, and loyalty and offers engine.
What Jolly reads from Tillster
Order channel
Whether an order came through a website, app, kiosk, delivery marketplace, or call center, so throughput can be measured for the specific channel a location runs.
Fulfillment mode
Whether an order is for pickup, delivery, dine-in, drive-thru, or catering, so a goal can target the off-premise workflow a shift is actually staffed to run.
Fulfillment timing
How long an order takes from placed to ready or picked up, which turns speed of service into a number a shift can be measured against.
First-party versus marketplace mix
How much of the digital volume at a location comes through its own website or app rather than a third-party marketplace it does not control.
Guest recognition across orders
Whether a returning guest is recognized through a loyalty or account system, which shows how much repeat digital business a location earns beyond one-time marketplace orders.
Order accuracy
A guest report of a missing, wrong, or poorly prepared item is recorded against the order and the location that filled it, so accuracy reads per shift rather than as a refund total at month end.

Tillster integration FAQ
No. Tillster stays exactly where it is. Jolly reads from it so that Incentive Campaigns™ are measured on what your operation actually did, rather than on numbers people report at the end of the week.
No. Every Jolly integration is read-only. Jolly reads the operational data a campaign is measured on, and nothing moves in the other direction. Connecting Tillster does not change what your team does in it, what it contains, or how it behaves for the people who use it every day.
Integrations are scoped with your team during implementation, alongside the rest of the rollout rather than as a separate project. Tell us what you run and we take it from there, including systems that are not yet in our catalog and systems you are already planning to replace.
It depends on what Tillster itself records. Where Tillster aggregates or reports on marketplace orders alongside its own channels, that volume can feed a campaign the same way. Where a marketplace app operates outside Tillster entirely, Jolly cannot see those orders and they are not part of the campaign.
Yes. Where Tillster records which channel an order came through, a campaign audience can be set to one channel, such as pickup, delivery, kiosk, or drive-thru, rather than asking every shift at a location to improve at all of them at once.
