Paychex
Paychex provides payroll, HR, talent management, workforce planning, and benefits administration, plus PEO services for outsourced HR. It serves businesses of any size.
What Jolly reads from Paychex
Hire date and tenure
How long each worker has been employed, which turns a retention goal into something measurable per worker instead of one company-wide average.
Turnover and separations
Who left and when, voluntary or involuntary, so a retention campaign can be measured by location, manager, or role rather than a single blended rate.
Recruiting source and referrals
Where a hire came from, including which employee referred them, so a referral campaign can be measured by the worker who made the introduction.
Training and certification completion
Which courses, licenses, or certifications a worker has completed and when they expire, so a compliance campaign can be measured against a real deadline per worker.
Role, location, and shift assignment
Which team, site, or shift a worker is assigned to, so a campaign audience can be one location or one shift instead of the entire workforce.

Paychex integration FAQ
No. Paychex stays exactly where it is. Jolly reads from it so that Incentive Campaigns™ are measured on what your operation actually did, rather than on numbers people report at the end of the week.
No. Every Jolly integration is read-only. Jolly reads the operational data a campaign is measured on, and nothing moves in the other direction. Connecting Paychex does not change what your team does in it, what it contains, or how it behaves for the people who use it every day.
Integrations are scoped with your team during implementation, alongside the rest of the rollout rather than as a separate project. Tell us what you run and we take it from there, including systems that are not yet in our catalog and systems you are already planning to replace.
No. A campaign only reads the operational fields that make a goal measurable, such as tenure, role, location, shift, referral source, and training or certification status recorded in Paychex. Compensation history and performance review content are not part of what a campaign uses.
Yes. Because Paychex records each worker's hire date, a campaign audience can be set by tenure, so a goal can target the first 90 days after hire, workers past a certain tenure milestone, or any other tenure-based segment of the workforce.
